On May 16th, Christina will be providing a Kasa yoga class to the staff at UT Southwestern to provide some healing and relaxation to our healthcare heroes!
Christina will be away from May 18 - 23, 2022
There will be a certified teacher providing therapeutic yoga classes during this period.

Therapeutic Yoga Classes
Therapeutic yoga at Kasa Yoga is unlike any typical yoga that you find in Western society today. Our yoga method was developed the way traditional yoga was intended to be, a tool to maintain the quality of your life. Yoga was not created for only those with extraordinary flexibility or stamina, it was created for every body and skill level. The yoga that Kasa Yoga provides is more than just a physical practice, but a meditative practice as well. It works to gently restore your body and mind while decreasing pain and increasing mobility.
The yoga mat is a safe place for you to leave behind the distractions of the busy life you live and deconstruct any stress or anxiety you may have.
Connecting the body with the brain, restore your body’s natural mobility. Our therapeutic yoga focuses on specific joints at a time with a restorative practice for your hips, shoulders, knees, elbows, back, neck, hands, and feet.
